If you started to put honey around the tree to get munchlax if you start that at 11.21pm what time will it shake?

Munchlax can only appear at the percentage 1%,so time maybe quit helping. I know that some people said wait for a minute/hour,but i haven't try one. Only luck can make you meet a wild munchlax.
