The exp share will give only the other Pokemon exp not the 100 because it is impossible to gain exp on a 100.
You will get the chance to defeat the Elite Four.
The Elite Fours Pokemon are all in their 50s. The Champion at the end of the Elite Four has 60s though.
You just need to see or capture all of the Pokemon in the first dex, which is a total of 210. It's not hard, most people do it around the time they get through the elite four. Though if you get through it and realize you're missing a Pokemon or two, like I did the first time, there's a lot of guides where you can find find the location to veiw the Pokemon so you can complete the dex. As for filling the national dex, I'm not much use there, sorry

You can find out how many times you have beaten the Elite Four in Pokemon Diamond by checking your PC in the game.

An elite four is four elite Pokemon trainers who, after you get all eight badges, should be waiting to face you. These are four of the strongest trainers you will battle, unless there is a fifth person (rival) who you will have to face one after another with no Pokemon centers or poke marts.
