Your main objective, should be to remain as dry as possible. Seawater conducts heat far faster than fresh water, thus you will become Hypothermia very quickly in the sea.

A survival suit would work if you had to be in the water. I assume it would help if you were in a lifeboat or raft. While I think that a survival suit extends your life expectancy, I doubt if it is proof against Hypothermia indefinitely.

If you can't keep dry, you should keep your head covered. Keep your arms at your sides to keep your organs in the upper chest area covered. The main arteries in the arms and legs are near the surface of the skin in your armpits and your crotch so keep your legs together and your arms at your sides. None of this is possible without a life jacket and is not easy with one. Remember, try to keep your core warm.

What do you mean by limited entry decision table explain with example?

A limited entry decision table is a structured way to represent complex decision-making scenarios where only a subset of possible conditions or actions is relevant. It typically includes conditions that can either be true or false, and corresponding actions that are taken based on those conditions. For example, in a limited entry decision table for a loan approval process, conditions might include credit score (above or below 700) and income level (sufficient or insufficient), with actions such as "Approve Loan," "Request More Information," or "Deny Loan" based on the combinations of these conditions. This approach helps streamline decision-making by focusing only on relevant scenarios.

What advantages does decision tree have over decision table?

First it takes advantage of the sequential structure of decision tree branches so that the order of checking conditions and executing actions is immediately noticeable. Second, Conditions and actions of decision trees are found on some branches but not on others which contrasts with decision tables, in which they are all part of the same table. Those conditions and actions that are critical are connected directly to other conditions and actions, whereas those conditions that do not matter are absent. In other words it does not have to be symmetrical. Third,Compared with decision tables, decision trees are more readily understood by others in the organization. Consequently, they are more appropriate as a communication tool. Unbalanced Decision Tables are a compromise between Decision Tables and Decision Trees. Decision Trees themselves can become quite complex with enough conditions and actions. Unbalanced Decision Tables provide either a prioritized list of conditions that lead to a set of actions, or a list of conditions that lead to a set of actions. The result is often more concise than either traditional Decision Tables or Decision Trees.

How do analysts develop a decision table?

Analysts develop a decision table by identifying all possible scenarios or conditions that may impact a decision, listing all available alternatives or actions, and determining the outcomes or results for each combination of scenarios and actions. This structured approach helps in systematically analyzing and evaluating the best course of action based on different conditions.
