In Emerald Why the Feebas does not evolve after I feed it with Indigo PokeBlock and maxed it beauty until it won't eat any more and do level up?

The same thing is happening to me. I restarted my game, though. On my oldest account on my game i had a milotic. I had no idea you had to raise it's beauty until it couldn't go any higher (feed it blue and/or indego pokeblocks, just in case you didn't know) so i kept training it like crazy. My feebas was at level 56 so when i raised it's beauty 100% i rare candied it and it evolved. Now sense i restarted my game i tried the same thing again, except at level 28 and it didn't evolve. I can't tell you what level it evolves at, but i can advise you to train the heck out of it cause it will evolve, just not at a lower level. Or you can just keep it in the daycare for almost the whole game. Or both. Your choice. But, I'll say now, Feebas have got to be the hardest Pokemon I've ever trained.
