In Pokémon Pearl how do you get to the Pokémon League Building?

go to the beach in sunny shore city

use surf on the water and you will be on route223

go up route 223 (there are some trainers)

you will arive on land heal your Pokemon at the poke center

then enter the cave every time you can go up a lvl do so.

this maze is victory road.

when you finally exit victory road

surf on the water then use waterfall on the waterfall

when you get on to dry land heal your Pokemon as you will battle your rival as soon as you enter the building.

in side the building there is 3 points of interest.

No1:there is a poke center in the building

No2:there is a pokemart in the building.

No3:talk to the lady in front of the doorway she will check if you have 8 gym badges.

the door way leads to the elite 4 and the champion

Note:

there is no pokecenter in between battles with the elite four.

there in no poke center in victory road.

the elite four levles range from 55-66
