In Pokemon Diamond what are some good Pokemon to use in contests?

Well, all pokémon can be entered, just make sure you follow these steps:
Beauty Contest: you should feed your pokémon lots of Dry poffins (blue) and make sure they have 2 or more beauty moves.
Cool Contest: Feed your pokémon lots of Spicy poffins (red) and have 2 or more cool moves.
Cute: Lots of Sweet poffins (pink), 2 or more cute moves
Smart: Bitter Poffins (green), 2 or more smart moves
Tough: Sour poffins (yellow), 2 or more tough moves
For help with the moves, you can check what type of move they are before you teach them to your pokémon

They are both good but.... i have Pearl and my friend has Diamond. He says Diamond is better becuase, Dialga is Steel and Dragon which is stronger than Water and Dragon for Palkia. so i guess Diamond is a little better than Pearl. But pearl is good too :]]Actually i did some research and Water is better then steel because Steel can mold from water. that makes Palkia better then Diagla. But Diagla is more powerful. i have Diamond and Pearl and i beat Pearl all ready im working on Diamond.

As far as I know you have to level up to get them. You may be able to enter contests to win some, you might not win those though.
