you can get a pokeketch app that shows wich Pokemon you have chained but you can not get one that will chain it for you. you get this app after you have completed the sinnoh pokedex you must go to rowans lab and talk to him after that oak will pop out and say i have come here because he had heard pal park had opened. then go to pal park and oak will come out again and give you the app
