There are lots of rumours that there's gonna be "The Lion King 4" but there is no official source for that - besides it would likely be The Lion King 3 if there ever was going to be a fourth movie because as said the third made is most officially 1½ and not 3.
Mufasa and his mate Sarabi have one son, Simba, at the beginning of the first lion king movie.

There is a Lion King 1, Lion King 1 1/2 (Timon and Pumbaa's story) and a Lion King 2 (released in 2004). It is very unlikely that producers will make a third movie.Yes, actually they have just recently (November 22, 2015) released a new Lion King movie. It is a television movie directed towards children called The Lion Guard: The Return of the Roar. It takes place as a midquel in the The Lion King 2. A children's TV series based on it will start January 22, 2016.
