Dallas was the toughest and had a bad temper. He was in gangs in New York. He had a bad criminal record in New York and still has one. He only loves one person. Johnny Cade. The total opposite of him. He is very protective of him. He felt like if that was his only son or brother. He didn't want Johnny to be like him at all because he doesn't want him to screw up his life like Dally did. When Johnny died, Dally was going crazy and was VERY emotional. He tries to die the same night Johnny dies because he feels like he can't live without the person he cares about. He robs a grocery store and then he gets shot by the cops and dies. He didn't want it to die, but he still died because of the cops shooting their gun to Dllay. He kind of killed himself with the help of Johnny.
