Yes she was confused cause it was damons blood in her but she snapped out of it and yes she dose still like stefan

Elena does not become a vampire because Bonnie finds a spell which can save her but it means John (her biological dad) dies. Since Damon got bitten by Tyler he gets very sick and has illusions about Katherine. Stefan finds a cure which is Klaus' blood but to do that he has to join him and become a ripper again. Damon and Elena finally kiss not knowing Stefan isn't coming back. So to answer your question: So far, no.

At the end of book two, Elena is driving on a bridge and she drowns because she drives into the river. Stefan is devastated and goes after Damon, whom he holds responsible. And Elena wakes up, suddenly undead and a vampire.oh btw stefen dosse NOT drive of the brige in the tv show so dont get ur hopes up!

Damon and Stefan kill him to get answers on werewolfs and a mystery curse that will get the vampires out of vampirism. The curse was called the moonstone curse to break that curse you must first find the moonstone and if you find it a ceromony will be placed in a sacrifice will be held by the doppleganger which is Elena. Elena is the key to breaking the vampire curse for the curse to be complete you also need a witch (Bonnie) and a vampire I believe( Isobell,Stefan,Kathrine,Caroline or Matt) Matt gets turned in to a vampire by Caroline right before he is about to die because a witch stabbes him in the neck with a peice of broken glass. Does Elena come back to life in vampire diaries?
Yes she does. The first time when she dies, she comes back as a vampire. The second time she stays dead for almost all of the dark reunion but she does come back. What happens is when they are fighting Klaus Bonnie calls Elena for help, and Elena come in ghost form along with some other ghosts who take care of Klaus. Anyways she ends up having to leave, and Stefan is all upset and Bonnie says it isn't fair, and that is somehow enough to bring her back to life. She actually comes back as a human. Elena doesn't seem to ever stay dead.
