Possibly Clueless (1995). They play "Suck and Blow" at the party in the Valley. It's a teenage party game involving a playing card and a circle of people. You attempt to pass the card around the circle, using only your mouths. You hold the card to your mouth by sucking on it, and when you pass it to the next person, you blow on it slightly, while the person receiving it sucks on it. If the card gets dropped during the pass, you end up kissing the other person (which is really the point of the game).
