In a recent interview, Aoyama Gosho has said that he already knows what the end of Detective Conan will be, but does not have time to draw it yet, but it may be sooner than we thought! But, he has changed back in episodes 48-49, episodes 180-183, and episodes 521-523.

Edokawa Conan will turn back to Kudo Shinichi in the end?
Of couse. Conan tell the turth to Ran at the end ,and Hayibala Ai give Conan the only antidote for APTX-4869,Shinichi move to America with Ran and their parents.Ai still live in Dr. House played with Ayumi like common. It said that The Black Organization is relate to the blood book with the Mikado,But they misunderstood of it and think the Mikado want to found a Organization.So the BO won't fell down with the help of the govermentn. Finally they know it's just a mistake. Kaito KID's father didnt dead and relate with the BO.
In Case Closed does Jimmy ever turn back?
He dose turn back in episode 48-49 but only for a little while he then turns back into Conan. Jimmy/Conan tries to turn back by drinking beer/boze (watever) because that's what he thinks cahnge him back in the first place but rachel/rin stoped him saying that she doesn't need him to become hooked on beer/boze like her father..... Also in episode 191-193 (japaniese) he turns back to jimmy again from the antidote that sherry (met episode 129 in japaniese) gives to him and he stays jimmy till episode 193. Apparently after he found out he was sick when he had the pill, it only works if the immune system to weaken for the pill to work. This was after he tryed to do it when he wasnt sick and it didnt work.

yeah it will end when jimmy catches the black organization then hibara will get the antidote and give it to jimmy and Poof he's back to normal
