The name of Bonnie's doll in Toy Story 3 is basically Dolly. Because Bonnie is still a kid, and might have had Dolly before she even started school, she probably didn't put too much of an effort or thought in naming her doll.

In the film Bonnie reacts to seeing woody in the box andy gives her, but in monsters inc. Boo shows Sully a jessie doll leading me to believe if it was the same girl she would have reacted to seeing a jessie doll more that a woody doll
