Crobat the four winged Pokemon is the fastest Pokemon in the Pokemon world without using items or speed boosting moves. Crobat suits as a starter Pokemon, which many challengers starting off with slow Pokemon. The use of mean look, roost, hyponsis, confuse ray, supersonic, haze, protect gives it a great defense tatics because of its poor defense stats and + it will have its turn first. Its use of fly, air cutter, air slash, aerial ace, u-turn is great as it has a high speed stats. the following moves are great to give real damage to opponents - cross poison, poison fang, shadow ball, x-scissor. hyper beam and giga impact should not be used because as for its defense stats, taking a recharge is not a possibilty and gives a real threat to it.

crobat is an awesome Pokemon but you need pacience for golbat to evovle to it. In Gen IV + V catch a zubat/golbat with a friend ball to make it friendly and with shell bell, make it even happier.

Crobat is in my opinion, one of the stronger flying types. Blazing speed, great move set, its other stats are steady, not high but not low. specially if you teach it hypnosis, since you are so fast you can easily use hypnosis and then finish your opponent off in one or two, and in rare cases three shots.
