We don't know. I understand that she might in the book series, but if they are going to do that in the tv show series, they haven't announced it. I don't think anyone really has an answer yet. Just keep watching.

Elena can't get pregnant from Stefen or Damon because they are vampires and they already stated that vampires can't get people pregnant so the only way for here to get pregnant would be Matt and Matt never hooks up with Elena so therefor she never gets pregnant and she wont get pregnant anytime soon in the vampire diaries..unless she gets pregnant in real life which she does not plan on doing.
