A isn't just one person. A is supposed to be a group of people who have something agaisnt the five girls. Mona and Lucas are A and there are more releasing in season 3.
Yes she is.... but she isnt one of them. She hates them. She treats them really bad, well thats why there enemies! Jenna is blind, so she cant see them. She is sneaky...VERY SNEAKY.She is apart of A's plan.

okay the first 'A' was Mona. She found the diary with all of the liars secrets. Hanna finds this out but then Mona hits her with a car so Hanna had short-term memory loss. In the 4th book Mona takes Spencer to a cliff where she finds out Mona was 'A'. So Mona trys to push Spencer off the edge. But, Spencer moves away and Mona falls off and dies.Correction mona does not die she was still alive when the cops and ambulance came she was taking to a mental home after she was checked out of the hospital. After the twin mixup between Ali and Courtney, Ali kills Courtney in revenge and Ali becomes the new and final 'A'. I don't think that Jenna was ever 'A'. She only wanted to spy on the liars. She had many people spy on the liars since she is blind but she never was 'A' as far as I know.

You might have to read this a few times for it to make sense. Sorry if it's confusing, it's hard to explain!

SPOILER ALERT! No, Jenna isn't 'A', Mona is at first. This might get confusing!So, Maya put Ali's old stuff outside when she moved in. Mona walks past and finds Ali's old diary which has all of the girls secrets in it. So then Mona is 'A' at first. But then Hanna finds out that Mona is 'A' so Mona hits her with a car, causing Hanna to lose her memory a bit so she cant tell the other girls. Then, Spencer finds out too and Mona tries to push Spencer off a cliff. But instead, Mona accidentally falls of herself. That means the original 'A' is dead. The second 'A' is Ali. This is the confusing part. Ali had a secret twin sister called Courtney that the girls didn't know about. They didn't know about her because she was mentally ill so she was in a hospital for the mentally ill. But the confusing bit is, is that Ali was never Ali, she was Courtney pretending to be Ali. Ali and Courtney's parents sent Ali to the mental hospital but they thought she was Courtney. Courtney then took over Ali's life. Getting rid of Ali's old friends and becoming friends with Spencer, Emily, Aria and Hanna. Obviously Courtney had to keep her name as Ali so that her parents wouldn't suspect anything. This means that the girls all thought Courtney was Ali when all this time the real Ali is in a mental hospital.

Ali eventually escapes so when all the girls are asleep in the barn she comes to get revenge on Courtney, who has been pretending to be Ali for years, by berrying her alive. (I cant spell berrying!) So now Courtney is dead and Ali is alive but everyone thinks Ali is dead because Courtney was pretending to be her.

When they find the body, the body is Courtney's not Ali's so Ali is alive and she is now 'A'. Ali is a killer though so she finds Spencer, Hanna, Aria and Emily, who she doesn't know because they were friends with Courtney who they think was Ali, and Ali locks them in a room. In the room is Spencer's sister Melissa who's tied up next to her old boyfriend,Ian, but he is dead. Ali sets the room on fire but they manage to escape so Ali gets killed.

I know it's confusing but if you read all the books and watch it on the tv then it will become clearer. Hope this helped!
