In the television (and radio) world, there are no guarantees. As I write this, in mid-June 2013, she is still employed by ABC 6 and Fox 28 in Columbus OH, but of course, that could change. In media, a person can leave a job suddenly, either willingly (for a better opportunity and more money), or unwillingly (because they were fired). However, I have not heard any news that she is leaving, and since she comes from Cleveland, I doubt she and her family would want to leave the state of Ohio if she didn't have to. But that said, if the right opportunity in a bigger city came up, she might consider taking it.
