I'm guessing you saw the same episode of "American Restoration" that I just watched. The similarity in the look and the voice of the 2 Mark's had me researching the same question. My guess would be no. Although they look similar, and sound remarkably alike, Mark Bassett is the director of the railroad museum, and Mark Hall-Patton is the director of the Clark County Historical Museum. Different names and being several hundred miles apart would lead me to say it's just a coincidence.
