yeah.well yh he's better than groundon and kygre wins in 4 stats where as they only win 3. He hard to get where as mewtwo is common making worthless and to weak.raquaza can learn a variety of moves to K.O. mewtwo and has a higher attack and speed than arcues and because of that he will attack first and because he has a good variety of moves he'll K.O. arcues using a super effective move.mew not even worth talking about he'll beat mew in every stat. giritina has high attadk and k defence but lacks speed in his normal form so thats where raquaza uses outrage and wins.In giritina's origin form he lacks defence and has high attack but is k with speed but once again rayquza will atack first cause of his speed being higher and outrage high damage will K.O. giritina same goes for dialga and palkia there just weaker than giritina.
