No, Sasha Alexander (Special Agent Kate Todd) was shot in the head and died in the episode Twilight which was the season 2 finale.
She does return in the first two episodes of Season 3 as the ghost of Kate, coming in visions to her teammembers and she made another appearance in Season 8, Episode 15, with a never before shown scene between Kate and Tony and another involving Kate and her older sister.
