Yes they're both from the Uchiha clan so... It hasn't been confirmed what direct relationship Sasuke has with Madara but it's been guessed that he's a great great great grandfather or a great great great uncle. Nothing has been completely confirmed however, all that's known is if they are closely related then it's a relationship dated way back (considering how old Madara is).
