The only true fact we know so far about their ages is that Fluttershy is a year older than Pinkie Pie (Episode ? Griffon the Brush Off)We can also assume, that Mayor Mare, mayor of Ponyville is probably in her late 40's. She has a job that we can assume you keep for life.
