This is a question that can be argued and debated for days together with no decisive winner. McMahon created the global conglomerate called the WWE and has been successfully able to run the company for more than 30 years. His company (WWE) has been running the longest running weekly episodic TV Show - WWE RAW and the second longest running weekly TV Show - WWE Smackdown. His shows entertain millions of viewers on a weekly basis. UFC on the other hand is in its growth stage and operates in a pay-per-view model. It does not have any weekly episodes but its pay-per-view events are generating millions of buys every month. Business acumen wise I would give the edge to McMahon because he popularized the pay-per-view model of events which Dana White is using right now.
WWE Raw is the longest weekily watch show. But WWE Raw is the second watched wrestling show. The first watched wrestling show is TNA (Total-NonStop-Action) on Thursdays on spike tv.
