Btech is same as BE ,as in some areas it is called so b.e and in some areas its called as so b.tech it depend on the university you are studying both maximum syllabus are same rather JNTU universitys change the syllabus latest to help student know what is present trend and after what will be.........
Yes, B.E. is same as B.tech
but there is still a basic difference b/w them
B.E. is more of a theoratical knowledge in engg. but B.tech is a practical knowledge of engg.
B.tech has more no. of practicals than B.E
so recruiters prefer more to B.tech
just because B.tech Student have Practical Knowledge about that thing.
It depends on the universities whether it offers B.E or B.Tech, in Bangalore there are many Colleges that offers B.E while there are few colleges that offer B.Tech .I myself have done my B.Tech from UTM Shilliong. while there were other university in the same state that offered B.E
Good luck !!!
The salary difference between MTech and BTech is low.. BTech graduates get an average salary of around 17k in India. And MTech graduates get around 19k.. So its better to do MBA after BE or BTech unless you are to bright in technical aspects..
Amrita is better university than Gitam. Ranking wise also, Amrita engg is with in 50 best engg colleges ( with in 40) where as gitam is in 50-100 list

Actually msc biotech is bit technical whilw bsc is theory based bsc+msc is equal to btech degree and as u know biotech is a mainly a research oriented subject bsc and msc is better for it but still some fool peoples prefers a btech degree
Both are good, you need to select which is preferable to you. CS if you have technical bend of mind else IT if you want to eventually want to reach managerial or admin type positions.
Between A-level and BTECH, none is better than the other all fetch the same UCAS points.
