yaa it is vaild to appear in any guvt exams even UPSC xams...becoz icfai is under 2f of state legislature.but students who are going through transfer to d.dun or agartala might not b able to appear in those exams cozzz their degree 'll not b valid,,,as this transfer frm bangalore.hyd jaipur etc r illegal....
