Yes. It would be a great choice. Anarchy means "no rulers". You have to be opposed to all hierarchy to be an anarchist. You could still submit to authority as is practically necessary, such as getting a job for a boss, but you might even be able to avoid hierarchy in that case by working in a cooperative(democratically-run workplace). If everyone was an anarchist i.e. if nobody was trying to impose their will on other people the world would be a better place. It will come about gradually, just set an example.
Completely! I suggest you read the book Anarchy Works by Peter Gelderloos.

Can a government be both a monarchy and an anarchy at the same time
NO. The entire point of an anarchy is to operate without any government or any governmental principles. If an anarchy has a constitution, this would indicate how a government would be established, in direct contradiction to anarchy.
Anarchy originated from china. I know this because I studied this government.

Anarchy meaning no rules. Anarchy is when there is no government and there are no rules because people believe that humans are just pure and naturally good. Anarchists believe that no government is good and that society can be made perfect without rules and authorities.
Anarchy has no government because anarchy means "without government".
