Autobot Jazz is not shown in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.
To correct what was previous stated (as shown above in italics), Jazz is not stated to have a brother in the Transformers series, and in fact does not have a brother in any official Transformers media except for the Shattered Glass series (information can be found here: http://transformers.wikia.com/wiki/Shattered_Glass). However, previous Transformers series, most notably Generation One, have featured an Autobot named Sideswipe who has a twin brother named Sunstreaker. These twins have Lamborghini alternate forms. To the best of my knowledge, it has not been stated if Sideswipe has a brother or not as of the Revenge of the Fallen movie.
Also, the only real resemblance between Jazz and Sideswipe of the 2007 and 2009 Transformers movies lies in the fact that they both have silver/gray paintjobs, that they both have wheels in their feet (though the wheels in Sideswipe's are more visible), and that early concept art for Jazz features his left hand transforming into a telescoping sword, as can be seen here: http://transformers.wikia.com/wiki/File:Movie_Jazz_armswordconcept.jpg.
