Britannic was the third and final ship of the Olympic class. Problems found in her sister ships were corrected in the new design. Obviously, more lifeboats and new davits were added, and "watertight" bulkheads were sealed at the top. But designs were also changed. Britannic was made 2 feet wider than Olympic and Titanic, and her aft well deck was enclosed with a small promenade. Thus Britannic was larger than Titanic.
