hi friends, as per notification by UGC courses offered by IASE are not RECOGNIZED if these are conducted through Distance Learning/study center. NO. It is not. Haven't you seen the complaints about this university in the web. So be careful they are not going to give the marks memo and provisional certificate. So Buddy I sincerely request you to don't trust this useless university. You can opt any other university except this one.

The official communication dated 20th April 1978, conveying the recognition and Association of Indian Universities(AIU) communication dated 12th April 2004 conveying recognition is enclosed with the attachments to this letter.

Later, the Ministry of Education and Social Welfare (Department of Education) was absorbed into a new Ministry, Ministry of Human Resources Development.

The Ministry of Human Resources Development later divested itself of the function of Recognition and transferred the same to All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), a newly created autonomous body. On reference to AICTE, the Council has referred us back to MHRD for recognition - And IIIE examination already has the Ministry's Recognition. Many major companies in India have recognized this Graduateship examination for favour of promotions, higher increments etc.

The Graduate (IE) qualification has also been recognized as an entry qualification for the GATE examination for admission to a Master's Degree course in Industrial Engineering. This recognition has also been endorsed by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) for acceptance by Universities for admission to higher courses.
