It's really too soon to tell. There's speculation going both ways. House, as of season 8, is still getting good ratings overall, and season nine is feasible, however, Cuddy leaving did dramatically affect the series, but they were able to bounce back. If Hugh Laurie left, then the show would have to end.
Edit - As of February, it has been announced that House has been cancelled. It's eighth season will be it's last. It's very saddening news, but House had a fantastic run. I'll be sad to see it go!
