It simply means you are under stress (or on a medication that can produce dreaming and if so see your doctor.) Stress hits all of us at one time or another, but for most it's short term. If you are dreaming before you wake in the morning then you are either under stress or perhaps on a medication that has the side effect of producing dreams. I always heard that cheese could cause dreams or even nightmares in people, but though it a myth. Now that I'm older if I eat cheese for dinner I can bet on having a dream or nightmare. It's best not to eat anything after 8 PM. If you are under stress then take up Yoga or Tai Chi. Get out and exercise in the fresh air and get those endorphines working. If you have a severe personal problem such as former abuse, rape, or any trauma to your life it's wise to seek out a good psychologist to deal with this.
yes, in fact, every night i talk into a jar and tell it to remember my lunch, and in the morning i open it... i havent forgotten it once
I do. I watch it every morning when I wake up. There are 4 episodes in the morning every morning and I only see 1/2 of one and a whole one. Sometimes I see the last one.
Raw eggs.
My shoes wait patiently next to my bed every morning.
paris's govermnet has workers to clean the city every morning
Just sleep. You have dreams every night, whether you remember them or not.
No.
yes you do you might not remember them
There is nothing abnormal or unusual about being able to remember one's dreams. At the most, it suggests that the dreamer may be awakening frequently during the night. It has no other significance.
To remember and invoke god..
People do dream every night. The reason there is debate about this is because people do not always remember their dreams.
Some sleep studies have suggested that we all dream but that we may not remember the dream in the morning. Dreaming occurs in the portion of sleep called the R.E.M. (rapid eye movement). This occurs every time we sleep soundly.
no you have dreams every night and not everyone remembers them
Remember the Time.
Everybody dreams every night when they sleep. But you do not remember every dream and some people don't remember any of them...Everything will be just fine
I am sure that your boyfriend has discussed how he felt when his girlfriend at the time died (or perhaps after they broke up) and it would have been very traumatic for him. He may even blame himself even though he shouldn't. If he has talked to you about his deceased ex girlfriend then your subconscious mind can sometimes hold onto that particular thought and causes the person to dream about the deceased girlfriend. It's normal. Our brains are active during sleep and a human dreams every half hour to release the tension of the day and most of the dreams we don't remember when in full REM sleep and the dreams we do remember are seconds just after you wake up and that is when you can remember dreams or nightmares.
It's not possible to not dream at night because everybody dreams. Probably if you don't remember your dreams, you'll think you're not dreaming. So basically, everybody dreams every night!
