No, a two year old moves pretty fast and thinks of things to that a 12 year might not be ready for. The 12 year old would have to be a VERY responsible and watch the younger child without fail. Not play with computer games, talk or text on the phone, not leave the 2 year old alone. It is amazing how fast a 2 year old can think of some thing to do and get hurt in the process. Someone older, closer to 15 would be better for the job.
leave from home
There is actually no minimum legal age limit in the UK to leave a child alone if the parent deems the child to be safe. However, if another person questions the safety of the child, it can be seen as negligent behaviour.

It is not legal and it is NOT right for a parent to leave an innocent child in a car.

sure, good luck paying for stuff.. like food, cloths, gas, healthcare... life.
I think it sould be mostly up to the parent but it should be when the child is mature enough to handle themselves and emergency situations. They should not be left home alone for too long the first time and go over the emergency procedures with your child. You may gradually increase the time alone if it is okay with the child. DO NOT LEAVE THE CHILD ALONE IF THEY DONT WANT TO BE LEFT HOME ALONE!!!!!
leave them alone.
By crying as loud as you can?
leave
tell him to leave you alone and tell a parent
tell a parent or teacher or leave bullies alone
If you're even asking this question, then never leave her alone with him.
Find a house. Move in.
Go to Freind house
Usually you have to be about...Ten or Twelve years old. It depends on the laws where you live. However, the question isn't how old YOU have to be to stay home alone. The real question is at what age is it legal for an adult to leave a dependent minor alone. So if you're 8 and your parent leave you at home while they go out for a few hours, they get in trouble not you.
You should tell a parent first of all. And then take it from there. I would suggest also letting the school know, however, you MUST tell a parent before anything.
no it will be lonely
No. Both are underage minors and you could be reported to CPS for leaving them alone to go out. If you don't want to parent them, then have give up your rights to someone who does.
