History has the fact very well recorded.
The modern day country in which the Hanging Gardens of Babylon where, is now the present day Iraq
The ancient Babylon city was unearthed in modern day Iraq.
Unfortunately we do not know.As far as I know nobody has found the location of the famous Hanging Gardens. All that we can surmise from the historical record was that it used to exist in the city of Babylon (now Baghdad, Iraq). But as far as I know historians and archeologists have not found its whereabouts or ruins. The Hanging Gardens were one of the seven world wonders of the ancient world. The only wonder of the ancient world still standing today is the Great Pyramid of Giza in Egypt.
None of those exist today since que gardens were destroyed in the great Babilonian eartquake and the gardens have not been found.
There is some argument over wether it did or did not exist. the fact that they would of been in the middle of a desert makes water a big issue so the plants would of died almost instantly. also the most likely is that it is a poetic myth or even just confused with the hanging gardens of nineveh. so it most likely didnt
They don't exist anymore. When they did, however, they were located in Babylon in Lower Mesopotamia (now Iraq) about 55 miles south of present day Bagdad.the hanging gardens of Babylon are in Greece

It existed for 3 succession empires. They Persians saw it as did the Greek and the Romans. Then the big earthquake crumbled the gardens. I have seen pictures of the ruins and only the bottom survived.
The exact location is unknown but some people believe they are located on the bank of the river Tigris in Iraq.
The hanging Gardens of Babylon or the hanging Gardens of Semiramis were build by the Babylonian Emperor Nebuchadnezzer II at 600 BCE. The gardens were destroyed by earthquakes after the 2nd century BCE. Currently there are no hanging gardens although there are famous gardens in different parts of the world like Tivoli in Rome, Villa d' Este, the Vatican gardens, the gardens of Verseilles in Paris France and elswhere.
