Miku Hatsune is a Vocaloid, a type of android (robot that resemble human and act like one) that specialize in the act of singing and dancing:

Also by the name alone "vocaloid", it is "Vocal" and "Android" combined.
But if you mean in real life, then no, she is a halogram in several Japanese concerts.
miku hatsune is a synthesized singing program. not a robot.
You can buy it at Playasia.com
no, except for fan-made ones, but not official ones.
You may be able to make a voice sound like Miku is singing by turning up the pitch on a girl's voice (a guy would just sound like a chipmunk). I'm sure that some female voice could be tweaked to sound like Miku Hatsune. However, since she's a computer program, Miku's voice doesn't sound as natural as our voices. So the reverse is true; if you edited a voice to have the same pitch as Miku, it would sound too realistic to be mistaken for Miku actually singing (unless the person was singing like Miku in the first place). Still, it's fun to try!
Vocaloids, in this case Miku, do not have a defined relationship or personality. She could be single. She could be married. She could have a boyfriend/girlfriend. It is up to the fans and music producers, artists, and animators, to decide. It is rumored that she and Len like each other. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Miku and Kaito like each other and I have proof. Search Youtube for Saihate Magnet with Miku and Kaito cendrillon cantrella and ETC.
There are many videos on YouTube which have Melt with English subtitles. I haven't been able to find any lyrics without the video, though.
