Well, that's the thing. When you try to put real, edible flowers into jello, it's hard to do even with a simple flower like a pansy, but you go to a complicated flower like a rose. . . I've tried - warm enough to fill in all the spaces still causes a wilted rose, even when I tried it with a frozen flower. I have seen the rose and other flowers in a jello mold. They are beautiful, but they aren't real flowers. There are injecting tools that are used and a lot of artistry. Look on YouTube under "Blossoms by Angelica" and watch her create the flower within the jello. Absolutely amazing!
