Naruto and Sakura ate dinner once, but I don't think Sakura officially confirmed it as a 'date.' Other than that, Sakura either refuses or brings someone else along (like Sai) when Naruto asks her out on a date.

They never do. The closest it gets to a party is a date, a lame excuse for a date. It was after Naruto and Sasuke fought in the hospital. She pretty much had to force Naruto to agree, in reality she only wanted to talk about the curse mark and Sasuke shoulder.

No..... In Naruto nobody is together, Neji and Tenten are a fanmade couple. Plus the only person who tried to go on a date with someone is Naruto who was unsucessful trying to ask Sakura out a few times. But no... Not Neji and Tenten. Maybe later, but not now.
