There is no confirmation from SEGA, as of yet, about Sonic Heroes 2 coming out. However, SEGA has made frequent sequels to previous games released so there is a possibility that one day they will decide to make a sequel to the original Sonic Heroes video game. For now, the answer is no until further notice from SEGA and/or other official video game sites.
