The only people that should find it funny have a distorted sense of humor. it is perfectly awesome to laugh at comedy shows but not when it involves these disgusting aspects. To be honest it isn't funny anyway, so to answer your good questions south park is really, really, extremely bad because it is racist, Boring and to all you who say 'take a joke'. No because amusing yourself through violence, racism and stupid childish story lines is not funny at all.
