Origonally Jurassic Park 4 was in development but it canceled soon after, who knows what the future holds but Jurassic Park 4 is currently not in development.

Spinosaurus has had many misleading interpritations (such as in Jurassic park and more recently, primeval). Giganotosaurus was the largest carnivorous dinosaur (spinosaurus was actually just a scavanger and much smaller than a t-rex)

Try seeing Jurassic Park 2 and see if you can find T-Rex eggs. Multiply the egg size by two. That should be the egg size of a Spinosaurus egg because the Spinosaurus is twice the size of a T-Rex.
