Definately. In the comics, Starfire openly took a shot at Superman. She even attacked Wonderwoman and held her own against her.

You have to remember that Starfire's race are sunworshippers and, thanks to her ability to hold within her untold amounts of energy, she could potentially release power equivilent to that of the sun.

Starfire doesn't really do anything amazing with her powers, in my opinion they are pretty wimpy. Raven on the other hand is the daughter of Trigon which would be Satan in real life...she can almost do anything including things with her mind, she can pick anything up effortlessly and throw it with tremendous force, she can go inside anyones mind, scare them half to death ( literally..) stop time, she holds alot more important position in the world then Starfire

Seeing as Raven is able stop time and re-shape dimensions like her father, the odds are in her favor. Among the Titans, Raven is definitely one of the most powerful and skilled. Starfire has some unique abilities, but I don't think she could defeat Raven all that easily. Raven has inherited immense power from Trigon and because of that I believe she is much more powerful than Starfire. Anything is possible... In the end, Raven would most likely win this battle.

Well, both titan girls are extremely powerful in their own ways, both mentally, emotionally and physically. Starfire shoots starbolts, laser eyes and has super strength which shows her physical strength. Mentally and emotionally, she tries hard to fit in on Earth and in"Betrothed" she shows strength for Tamaran, as much as she hates to. Raven has a wider range of powers then Starfire including blank energy bolts, telekineses, stopping tome (Accidently), creating monsters (Accidently), and her soul self which can do many things. Mentally and emotionally, Raven has to deal with fighting her inner evil. Basically, they are both strong girls who would never fight each other in the first place.
