Mary Ambrose told more than one person including writers that story. The truth is that she appeared in neither film. In Terminator 3 she tried to take credit for a scene in which a very pretty actress named Kiki Gorton appeared. When the film was viewed and it was discovered that Gorton was in the scene, not Ambrose, Ambrose stated to several people that "it was her, but she just looked different on film." On a strange note, Amrose and Gorton bear no resemblance whatsoever. In Starsky and Hutch, she claimed that she played a "friendly prostitute" who has an affair with Own Wilson's Hutch. That film was viewed, and of course, Mary Ambrose was not in it. Her excuse on this was that the scene had been cut from the movie. Regardless, Mary Ambrose started to refer to herself as a professional actress after that point. Nobody that knew her could figure out why as she had never appeared in any film, play or commercial.
Yes, it shows how the Allies defeated the Germans in the Liberation of Paris, but as far as I know, the characters are not real.
It depends on how it is presented. If it looks like a novel and reads like a novel, then it's a novel, but if it is a list of facts on a bit of paper then no, probably not.
