Clifton Collins is the actor who played Romeo. Creator and director of the films, Troy Duffy, has hinted heavily that there will be a third film in the series, but as of now, it's all in the developmental stage and nothing has been shot yet. But in the likely event of the third film, yes, it would have Connor, Murphy, and Romeo. He was pretty banged up at the end of the last film, but he is clearly alive, albeit on life support.
