No, it's not over:

'Harry otter and the Cursed Child' is the official script book for the play of the same name by J.K. Rowling, John Tiffany, and Jack Thorne.

It is the eighth story published in the Harry Potter book series and it is set nineteen years after the events of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and follows Harry Potter, now a Ministry of Magic employee, and his younger son Albus Severus Potter.

The book will be released on July 31st 2016.

Sadly the Imperial Commando series was cancelled (i believe it was due to continuity errors with the Clone Wars TV show.) While the author would have liked to complete the series she has no say in the matter. For now the story is left as is: uncompleted. The official status of the sequel is that it was Cancelled.

Is commandos are in Star Wars?

In the movies, no. If you got SWRC, then you'll find them underground during SW Episode II. Rebel commandos were pretty much old clone commandos and more experienced troops. There are also commando droids in SW The Clone Wars. I guess you could call dark troopers Imperial commandos.
