Well in the field of science nothing can be believed firmly,bu taccording to evidences collected till now we have no way but to believe it.The Big Bang Theory states that the universe was created by the huge explosion of two concentrated mass about 13.7 billion years ago.The materials slowly collected to form galaxies and stars as it spread. It is also spreading now.

But their are some religious implications about this theory. Some religious groups believe in it while others do not.

Most scientists are convinced that this theory, or it's inflationary interpretation is very likely how the universe cam about. Still, nothing in science is " true " and as new data come in new additions to the theory, or it's overthrow, will happen.

Every serious cosmologist who has examined the observable evidence. Big Bang Cosmology has passed every test that has been set up for it, and every alternative has been shown to be incompatible with observations. To say someone "supports" Big Bang Cosmology is like saying someone supports inter-planetary gravity.

There ARE those who insist that all incomplete cosmologies -- and that includes the Big Bang -- must be false. People like that would (IF they were intellectually consistent) thus insist that lightning doesn't happen because atmospheric science has no explanation of why we have lightning in the sky.

While scientific theories are not necessarily belief oriented, to foster "belief" in any theory requires supportive evidence for its hypotheses. As for whether a theory is "most" believed, there are no secular or non-secular polls for this rating.

That being said, people inherently tend to trust as a mechanism of offloading their own workload. Most people tend to follow the current scientific consensuses rather than pursue their own research. Finally, most people of a secular nature would agree with a logical approach for explanations to explain astronomical phenomenon, and the Big Bang Theory meets with this expectation.

The consensus for modeling cosmology was agreed upon based on the work of four scientists: Alexander Friedmann, Georges Lemaître, Howard Percy Robertson, and Arthur Geoffrey Walker. Occasionally referred to as the FLRW, FRW, FL, or RW (e.g., a complete or partial combination of their last initials) Universe, it presents a metric used to explain Einstein's field equation of general relativity and thus became the foundation for the currently understood version of the standard 'Big Bang Theory'.

Somewhat. The theory itself makes perfect sense to me except for one little detail. It would ask you to believe that all of this started from nothing. I personally think that God created the universe and he did it using a big "BANG'.

Note:

The Big Bang model does not actually state that "everything came from nothing". The Big Bang model states that the universe as it exists today is expanding from an exceedingly hot and dense state. What came before is outside the scope of the model: the Big Bang theory does not speculate on it.

How is the big bang theory is an example od scienctific theory?

Hello i am minakshi answer is that the big bang theory is an example of old scientific theory as big bang theory explains that there was an explosion but the isotropy and the homogenity of the universe is not explained by big bang theory to explain his we connect inflatation theory with big bang theory to explain it so the big bang theory is also an example of old scientific theory.
