No, Boiler Room is not a remake.
The original film came out in 1980, so it's 30 years old as of 2010. The remake is two years old. It came out in 2008.
Dude in this fight The Original Freddy would win. Why? Because the Remake Freddy is a child rapist while the old Freddy is a child Killer and Robert's Freddy is cunning and he uses fear to kill Remake just stabs and Slashes
They just released a fourth one with a girl- so it is unlikely they would do a remake of the very first one. Some of the old movies are actually continuing on with sequels and not exactly being remade.
Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland could be described as a sequel to the books, as the events in the film take place several years after those in the original stories. It is an extension of Lewis Carroll's books. It is not related to the 1951 Disney animated film or any other film adaptation. In the new film, Alice has already been to Wonderland but has forgotten. She visits all her old friends but the Red Queen has taken over so Alice has to stop her.
The Others is a 2001 horror film, so it is currently 11 years old.
