The narrative was very confused- but there was something about a volcano erupting on a construction or archaeological Dig site which spurred the Thunderbird characters into action, and a hint the Volcanic eruption was (Set) by the Hood, resident Bad guy who somewhat resembled Brezhnev. The picture made so little sense, after I saw it, I came home, took a nap, and had almost a mental blackout of what I saw. I recalled the title- something about a Volcano or earthquake on a constuction site- and forgot the rest- did know it was Science Fiction, though, as I was familiar with the Anderson TV series.
