Is there a language filter on Modern Warfare 2?

Yes. If you pause it, go to the settings, and go to audio settings, there's a setting that allows you to turn down the volume entirely for all dialogue except other multiplayer players and campaign cutscenes. This effectively blocks almost all language.

no. you can not turn off the language in Call of Duty modern warfare 2. it says on the back what its rated and for what so if u do not like the language u should of looked on the back. if u could you would basically have to have to games on the same disc. one with the language and one without it
