There are only two seasons (semesters.) This does not include the four OVA. Two of which chronologically fall after the first season, and the other two fall after the second season. These two episodes are considered the third season, but only include the last two episodes fallowed from the manga.

There is no "fourth season" although there is a sequel manga series titled "School Rumble Z." This series fallowed the lives of the students after there graduation in the manga and OVA. For example Hania and Mikoto are married and have a child coming, while Hania is trying to run for mayor, but suffers from blackmail. This is just one of the major plots in School Rumble Z featuring all the characters from the Original School Rumble and their future lives they live.
