I went 7 days with out smoking and I passed while drinking a lot a lot of water. Well at least 8 glasses a day for those 7 days which is a lot to me haha. But also I am 6"1" and 175 lbs . I also have a high metabolism and have a very physical job. I was also a fairly heavy smoker of regs. If you smoke dank that will definitely take longer and if you have a high fat body index. I also passed a mouth swab with only 3 days clean and a lot of water. Maybe those only test for residue though.
