well there is no diddo in pokemon platinum but after completeing the pokedex use the poke radar to find it althought if you havent finished your pokedex the you might want to trade with some one from a different pokemon game i traded a pokemon and got a diddo hope that helps :D

The national dex says Sunflora. There is no 192 in the sinnoh dex but the one for platinum goes up to 210. Not really sure what it is havent played platinum in a while.
